SHAPEWEAR USE AND RESULTS

Linda Corset products are fashion and body-shaping garments. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Shapewear provides temporary compression and silhouette support while being worn. It does not guarantee permanent weight loss, permanent body changes, or identical results for every person.

Stop using a product if it causes pain, numbness, breathing difficulty, skin irritation, or unusual discomfort. Customers who are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery, or managing a medical condition should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using compression garments.

ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Inventory unavailability
• An incomplete or undeliverable address
• Unusual quantities intended for unauthorized resale
• Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, hygiene requirements, damaged products, incorrect items, and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights provided by applicable law.
